Training, Workshops, and Professional Development

Engage to Impact will facilitate a needs analysis that identifies opportunities within your institution and helps you rethink your current organizational structures. Educational opportunities will be recommended that align with your organization’s needs, vision, goals, and objectives. Our workshops will address the necessary components of diversity, equity, inclusion, exclusion, and uncovering various forms of systematic discriminatory practices that are invisibly embedded in your organization’s practices. We will work with you to best leverage your organization’s resources, capacity, and assets. All workshops include a follow-up analysis that consists of a recommendation for future training. Our learning opportunities are developed for K–12 environments, higher education institutions, business retreats, and professional development seminars, and can be adapted to complement your needs as they relate to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
