Dr. Delano has served as an amazing resource to our district over many years as we works to close identified opportunity gaps for underserved students. I am so thankful for the countless ways that Dr. Delano has partnered with our district to provide impactful professional development offerings for our teachers, and life-altering opportunities for our students, specifically students who identify as Black or African American. Dr. Delano’s passion is unwavering. She has made it her life’s work to ensure that no student is left behind.
